"We had a really wonderful Easter at Mas Orpi with friends! We rented a car from Barcelona airport, and just an hour later we arrived at Mas Orpi: a magnificent 16th-century masia (the main building of a wine estate), in the middle of vineyards and the beautiful Catalonian countryside. The house is splendid! When you step into the entrance hall of the 16th-century masia, you can only gasp: the hostess, Lisa, has transformed the house's interior to modern times while respecting its history. There were three couples in our group, and each had their own bedrooms and bathrooms (there would have been space for a larger group too). We cooked in the kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils. The dining room was incredibly beautiful, as was the dining room terrace! We took short trips to nearby Sitges (a 30-minute drive) and Tarragona (a 45-minute drive). Vilafranca, just a 15-minute drive away, has many good restaurants. The house is located in a very small village, and there are great hiking opportunities above the village. Our visit was extremely successful, the house was fantastic, and so were the owners: everything went smoothly! We will definitely come back!"

"Very nice old villa about 1 hour drive from Barcelona airport. Villa from 16th century is real experience, located in the middle of wine yards and olive trees. Very near you can find Torres wine yard where is nice restaurant and wine shop. There are good possibilities for hiking. If you want go to the sea side, it is only 30 min drive to Sitges, which is worth to see. Other nice city close by is Tarragona less than 1 hour drive there."
